Uno Star & Retailer Cash Back are both engagement programs wherein the workshop
owners, Retailers and Mechanics engage with Uno Minda team through Uno Star App
The UNO Star App can be downloaded from play store and used by any successfully
enrolled UNO Minda Customers like Workshop Owners, Mechanics, Retailers & end
consumers after completing the registration process by filling up all required fields,
submitting all mandatory documents as requested and adhering to all Terms & Conditions
as mentioned below
Minda Industries Ltd – Parts & Services Division (here after referred to as MIL/UNO
MINDA) has the final authority to approve or reject the customer’s registration and no
explanation will be provided in case of rejection whatsoever may be the reason
All customer registrations will be subjected to two level of approvals one by the MIL Head
Office team and another by the Branch / Territory team and the customer enrolment
process is complete only after both the approvals
Successfully registered customers will be enrolled in to the UNO Star Program (here after
referred to as USP) and shall avail the benefits that are designed as per the customers’
category such as Workshop, Retailer or Mechanic
UNO Star & Retailer Cash Back are cash discount / trade discount program offering better
pricing to end users which also provide loyalty benefits to mechanics on selected products
of UNO Minda which bears the UNO Star coupon.
Products are available without the coupons also as the offer keeps changing basis the
promo pack and some packs of the participating products may not bear coupons due to
packing error and no compensation will be provided for those packs without coupon
The Retailer will not be allowed to redeem Mechanic benefits and vice-versa as the
program offers different benefits to different customers using single platform and the
details of the same will be communicated via a Marketing Communication section / Popup messages / SMS / e-mail from time to time basis
The UNO Star program and its points are valid till 31st March 2023 or till further notice by
MIL whichever is earlier
Every UNO STAR coupon carries variable points on it that are updated by MIL time to time
The UNO Star coupon codes available on certain products shall be scanned / submitted via
UNO Star app only
The successfully submitted codes will provide points as per the promotion running on it
and the points shall be accrued in the UNO Star wallet
UNO Star coupons must be submitted before the expiry of the coupon code as mentioned
in the coupon after which the points will become null & void
The UNO STAR wallet balance points of customers who have not scanned any coupon in
FY 23-24 will be elapsed by April 2023.
The eligible closing/balance points if any shall be carried forward to next years’ program if
MIL chooses to extend the program beyond 31st March 2024
Customer can choose to redeem points from the UNO Star wallet whenever he/she wants
with a minimum of 200 points for Mechanics and Workshop owners (IWS & ASC) and with
minimum of 1000 points for Retailers and Wholesaler.
New customers can do their first redemption against 200 points also but from Second
redemption onwards the above point is applicable.
Retailers/ Workshop owners will get a “Handling Bonus” of 5% on coupon value against
supporting the Mechanics for UNO STAR coupon scanning and instant payment to them.
Any new mechanic who scans his first UNO STAR coupon from his app will get a “Welcome
Bonus” of 50 points for one time only.
Any Retailer if he chooses to register his mechanics in UNO STAR program from his app
will get a “Referral Bonus” of 50 points against each mechanic he registers subjected to a
maximum of 5 mechanics and 250 points only.
The redeemed points against selected gift options will be transferred / delivered to
customer within 5 weeks’ time from the date of redemption
However, redemptions may get delayed in extra ordinary circumstances such as lockdown
due to pandemic or any act of God. MIL strives to release the payment/ Gifts at the
earliest to its esteemed customers in such scenarios.
In case if the customer opts for account transfer then valid bank account details must be
provided to MIL, in case of Paytm option the customer must share KYC registered mobile
number on which his/her Paytm wallet is linked and in case of vouchers sharing of email
ID is mandatory without which redemption will not be processed
MIL is not responsible for amount not getting credited in the bank account if the bank
details & account number provided by the customer is wrong
The gift vouchers will be delivered digitally through customer’s mobile number and email
ID
The bank gift cards will be delivered directly to the customers registered address at the
time of enrolment into the program
The points of all failed/ cancelled redemptions which are more than 30 days old for
whatever the reason will get credited back in customers Uno Star wallet
MIL reserves the right to change full or any part of the program including points, slabs,
gifts, loyalty rewards etc.,
By registering in this program you agree to provide your personal details to MIL which will
be used for all program related purposes including contacting / messaging / pop-up
notification and calling the customer on the registered mobile number
MIL reserves the right to extend this program in select markets only and different states
may have different point system against the same product coupons
This T&C and brochure is valid till 31st March 2023 or till a revised version is send through
official communication and MIL can change or withdraw the program at any stage without
any prior notification
Retailer cash back program is only applicable to Retailers who buy certain product groups
from MIL business partners
Retailer cash back is a quantity purchase program wherein a minimum cash back is
guaranteed against achieving the scheme target which will be credited as UNO STAR
points
Retailer cash back program customers must follow all the terms & conditions that are
applicable for Uno Star program as the same is run through Uno Star App only
Every participating customer is bound by the above T&C’s and all decisions taken by MIL
with respect to any dispute will be final and binding
All legal proceedings are subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only
Only registered business partner can login in App, who are part of our business. We run a loyalty project for our partners and we have to credit and share the information about their incentive and business status for this purpose App is being used:-
App access to collect data –
• Geo location to confirm the store location of our business partners so that our executive could visit to store for meeting
• Phone call - Our business support team get in touch with our partners
• Camera – User has to scan product codes and he has to share the images also.
Purpose of data collection – We have to run various schemes for our customers and organize events in their region, we have to reflect business status and redemption details that is why we collect the data.
Data Sharing – We do not share the user data with any third party through App.
